We have no regulatory powers, so we cannot get your money back or make an operator release a withdrawal it is holding. A dispute with a UKGC-licensed brand belongs with the ADR provider listed in that brand’s terms. If the brand holds a licence from another country, the footer of its site names the authority to approach.

Gather your account details, payment records and chat transcripts before complaining. Whoever handles the case will want to see them.
